Connie一直以來在不同的崗位參與以人為本的相關工作，她過往超過廿十年就職跨國企業亞洲區人力資源主管、專注在職場上有關人的工作, 輔導由上到下職場各階層人際關係和爭議、工作壓力、職涯規劃發展議題等, 並投入教會參與家庭及家長教育事工。

 

2014年完成輔導學碩士課程後, Connie繼續在數間機機提供心理情緒輔導及兒童遊戲治療服務, Connie 專注個人、夫婦和伴侶、家庭及兒童輔導個案, 與有需要服務的人仕同行同尋陽光路。

 

Connie has over twenty years of corporate experience as regional head of human resources with several multi-national companies. She has been counselling and coaching all levels of staff, from top executives to general staff, in her capacity as a human resources professional related to diverse topics including workplace issues, relationship with boss and peer, career development and planning, stress management, coping diversity and different culture.

 

Connie completed her second master degree major in counselling in 2014. She then continued to practice counselling and child play therapy. She worked with individuals, children and families for emotional well-being, exploring choices in different circumstance, focusing on strengths for personal development and growth.
